How long does it take?
We offer standard delivery service:

• Europe: Arrives 1-3 business days from shipped date
• International: 7-14 business days from shipped date
• We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time.

You will receive an email from our messaging service with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse. In case the tracking number doesn’t work, try it again in a few hours, as the system may take a little longer than expected to upgrade the latest information.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your whole purchase, or part of it, within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

 To do this, just contact us at info@odiom-sunglasses.com explaining the reason for the return and we'll provide you with instructions on how to send the article(s) to us for a refund of the cost of your purchased item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. In the unlikely event that the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it, or if not available in stock, return the full cost of your purchase, without any further expense on your part.
